The point isn’t the coffee; it is the people we drink with.
I wish I could claim original inspiration for this, but the idea came to me after Matthew Freeley reached out to me over a year ago to have a ‘Random Cup of Coffee‘. While some may be put off (or even freaked out) I was quite intrigued. After a brief email exchange we set up a time to meet. In the end I had a great conversation with an interesting guy that I would not have otherwise had.
I have recently realized that as much as I enjoy meeting people and helping them connect there are many times I don’t reach out for that connection. My hope is by doing this as a public experiment you will help keep me accountable - in exchange I hope to introduce you to some interesting people and projects.
